~ PLEASE NOTE ~
Actual colors may vary. Each electronic device varies in its capability to display colors. Additionally, each individual person sees colors differently. We do our best to ensure the photos show the colors as true-to-life as possible. Due to these differences, we cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. If you have questions about colors, please feel free to message us.

~ PROCESSING TIMES ~
Many of our items are made to order. Our general processing time (the time it takes to complete your order) is 7-14 business days (M-F, non-holidays). If you need your item more quickly than that please message us and we will make every effort to get your item rushed to you at a small additional fee.

~ SHIPPING ~
 We only ship to the US
 All orders ship USPS 
 Items are shipped to the address you provide, please make sure it is correct at checkout to avoid shipping delays.
If your items are returned to us due to an invalid address, we will ship them to your correct address, but all additional shipping costs are your responsibility.


~ WANT A CUSTOM ORDER/DESIGN? ~
 Send us a message with your ideas and we will work with you to create it! We will NEVER duplicate anyone work, but if you have something you’d like us to use as inspiration please feel free to send us that. 
Pricing varies depending on design. Once we have spoken to confirmed we can do your design and finalized details, we will create a custom listing just for you. 

~ NEED A RUSH ORDER? PLEASE READ!!!!! ~
 Please send us a message BEFORE purchasing what you need to be RUSHED to confirm that we can meet your deadline. 
 
~ REFUNDS and EXCHANGES ~
 Many of our items are custom made; therefore we do not offer refunds.

However on our orders that are not custom made we do work with each situation to make our customers happy and get them the item that works best for them!


~ DAMAGED ITEMS ~
 Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective or damaged merchandise, you MUST contact Avery’s Closet, LLC. within 3 days of receipt. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the purchaser does not notify Avery’s Closet, LLC. of receipt of damaged item(s) within the 3- day period, the return will be rejected. 

 If you receive a defective item, please do the following:
1. Take pictures of the defective or damaged area and message us – be sure to include the tag in the image showing it is still attached
2. Indicate "Damaged Merchandise" in the subject line
3. Include name of the item

 Once we receive clear photos of the alleged damage and are satisfied 
that the damage is not due to improper handling on your part, your 
return must meet the following criteria:
1. Be postmarked within 5 business days (M-F) of date delivered to you 
by USPS
2. Have original tags attached
3. Free of animal hair
4. Free of fragrances 

 Return shipping and handling is the purchaser’s responsibility. Shipping charges on the original purchase will not be credited back to purchaser. Items may be returned to Avery’s Closet, LLC. via the carrier of purchaser’s choice, but it is highly recommended that you obtain tracking on your package. Once we have received your return package we will work with you to get a replacement sent back out to you in a timely manner.

 Avery’s Closet, LLC. reserves the right to reject any item(s) returned to us. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, have had the tags removed or are received by Avery’s Closet, LLC. after the return period will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. 

 All orders are carefully inspected before shipping. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered & purchased from Avery’s Closet, LLC. passes to the purchaser once USPS is in possession of the merchandise. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "delivered" by USPS. 

 If a package is lost or stolen, neither Avery’s Closet, LLC nor its representatives are responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. ~Please be sure your address is correct before completing your purchase~
